Whilst we pride ourselves on providing a quality product we realise there may be the odd occasion whereby an item is damaged or defective.  We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.  If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item through our designated “contact us” webpage providing images of the damaged product and we will respond to your request within 2 business days to arrange collection & replacement of your item. Returned items for replacement must have no visible signs or wear or use (other than the defect / damage) *Please note we do not offer refunds  or Exchange for change of mind. For local residents this item can be collected from our workshop located at 3 Premier Close Wodonga Victoria. For other buyers (Within Australia) we will arrange to have your item delivered by Courier within 3 business days once your order has been received. (*Far North Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmanian residents will need to allow an additional 1-3 days for their item to arrive).

We use Fastway Couriers to deliver your goods! The shipping costs do vary depending on your location.
